Think that this good small hotel is beyond compare, liked it. This property is rather small tbh, nonetheless the breakfast is great. The room is silent and a nice size, the staff are responsive people with excellent service. There is a nice restaurant.
Their breakfast is pretty poor, can be better.

Breakfast was satisfactory, splendid views, incredible location near the center and restaurants in the Castello area. The most important was the staff - brilliantly helpful and responsive people. My twin room was available with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The bathroom was large, with a bidet. Staying here for rest was just perfect, totally recommendable.

I was here for 2 days and would happily return. Gorgeous hotel in a great and unbeatable location to the Arsenale stop, enjoyed this place. I had an authentic family triple room with a particularly good view of the canal. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was family overall. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it in all rooms.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, right by Murano and the water bus to the airport, 2 differnt water taxi stops, adn next to St Marks Square and an excellent local restaurant. I was given beautifully decorated room with balcony and good bathroom. The location was perfect and incredible, a couple of blocks away from a byzantine shipyard. All the services were VERY GOOD. Hotel's staff was friendly efficient all the time.
